Venue: Expo Tel Aviv
The Summit is held in Expo Tel Aviv, previously known as the Israel Trade Fairs & Convention Center, or "Ganey Hata'arucha" in Hebrew.
It is Israel's top venue for exhibitions and conventions, and was used to host the Eurovision Song Contest in 2019. The exact address is: Expo Tel Aviv 101 Sderot Rokach, Tel Aviv, Israel Venue's website: https://expotelaviv.co.il/en/ |
Where exactly inside the Expo Tel Aviv?
The Summit's exhibition is held in Pavilion 10, one of the newest buildings in the trade fairs, with over 1000sqm of exhibition space! The venue was selected due to the Summit growth in the last couple of years.
The trade fairs are quite big, when you get there follow signs to Pavilion 10 (It is very close to the main gate). The Summit sessions and 1x1 meetings will also be held in Pavilion 10 in adjacent halls. |

International Travel
Israel has only one international airport - its airport code is TLV, and its name is Ben Gurion Airport.
There are direct flights from most of Europe as well as from the US, Canada, Russia, India, China & S.Korea.
Recommended dates - We recommend that you arrive at least 1 day before the Summit's date, so you can enjoy the pre-Summit badge pickup event . As for departure - there may be some satellite events by some of our sponsors on the day after the event, so if you can, you should stay for 1 day after the Summit.
Visa - Citizens of the EU, US, Canada, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, S.Korea and most of South American countries do not require a Visa to enter Israel (See detailed list here). If you do require a Visa, the Summit management can issue an invite letter that will make the process easier - contact us.

Hotels
We recommend staying in central Tel Aviv and not near the venue (as the venue area has no restaurants/nightlife)
Anything near the beach in Tel Aviv or near Rothschild street should be fine.
And if you prefer to have a direct train connection, you can also stay near the Azrieli Towers, from which there's a direct train to the venue.
